Monday to Friday 6:00 to 18:00, and Saturday 7:00 to 14:00, Central Time. Emergency and same-day placements are handled outside those hours where a service route can absorb them, and after-hours dispatch carries a $75 to $200 surcharge.
How long is a quote valid?
Quoted rates are held for 14 days from the date quoted. If the scope changes — more units, a different service frequency, a date move into peak season — we requote rather than adjust quietly.
