Porta Potty Rental
A standard portable restroom is a self-contained, non-plumbed toilet unit with a 60-70 gallon waste holding tank, serviced on a scheduled route by a licensed septage hauler.

Construction Porta Potty Rental
Construction porta potty rental places OSHA-compliant portable toilets on an active job site under a monthly contract with scheduled weekly servicing, sized to the peak headcount on site at any one time.

Event Porta Potty Rental
Event porta potty rental delivers portable restrooms sized to peak simultaneous attendance and event duration, placed before gates open and pulled after teardown, typically on a Friday-to-Monday weekend cycle.

Restroom Trailer Rental
A restroom trailer is a towable, climate-controlled restroom with flushing porcelain toilets, running-water sinks, interior lighting, and finished floors, and it is the standard choice for weddings and corporate events where a standard unit would be out of place.

ADA Porta Potty Rental
An ADA porta potty is an oversized ground-level portable restroom with a 60-inch interior turning circle, grab bars, and a zero-step entry, used at public events and on job sites where an accessible route must be maintained.

Hand Wash Station Rental
A portable hand wash station is a freestanding, foot-pump sink with fresh-water and greywater tanks, soap, and paper towels, required wherever food is served at an event and paired to portable toilets on job sites.

Emergency Porta Potty Rental
Emergency porta potty rental places portable restrooms on short notice when a building loses water or sewer service, a septic system fails, a storm disrupts a facility, or an event order comes in undersized.

FAQs
Porta potty rentalquestions
The questions we get asked most, answered without the sales detour. If yours is not here, call and ask. Quotes are given on the phone, usually inside a single call.
Call (262) 583-6347How much does it cost to rent a porta potty in Wisconsin?
A standard portable restroom in Wisconsin costs $175 to $280 for a weekend event, $175 to $275 for a one-week rental, and $150 to $275 per unit per month on a construction site with weekly servicing. Winter rentals with antifreeze charging run $195 to $340 per unit per month. Ranges reflect Wisconsin market rates observed in 2026 and include delivery, scheduled service, and pickup.
How many porta potties do I need?
For events, plan one standard unit per 50 guests over an 8-hour period, then add 10 to 20 percent if alcohol is served. For construction sites, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c) requires one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 199. Some Wisconsin municipalities, including Waukesha, publish a binding table that overrides the general guidance.
What is included in the rental price?
Delivery, scheduled servicing on the agreed frequency, and pickup are included in every rate published on this site. Servicing means pumping the waste tank, restocking tissue, sanitising interior surfaces and recharging the deodoriser. The only common extra is a route surcharge of $35 to $110 for addresses beyond roughly 45 minutes from our Waukesha yard.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is scheduled within 1 to 2 business days across Southeast Wisconsin. Same-day placement is available on a call-ahead basis when a service route is already running near you. Summer event weekends need 2 to 4 weeks of notice, and restroom trailers need 4 to 8 weeks between June and October.
What areas of Wisconsin do you serve?
We dispatch from Waukesha and cover Southeast Wisconsin and the Fox Valley, including Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Racine, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and the surrounding counties. Placements are routed by distance from Waukesha, and locations beyond roughly 45 minutes carry a route surcharge.
Is your servicing company licensed in Wisconsin?
Portable restroom waste is septage under Wisconsin law, so servicing requires a septage business licence under Wis. Admin. Code ch. NR 113 issued by the Department of Natural Resources, with a certified operator-in-charge under ch. NR 114. We name the licensed business that will service your units on request before you book.
Do I have to fill in a form to get a price?
No. Every rate is published on this site without a form, and firm quotes are given over the phone at (262) 583-6347, usually inside a single call. Have the placement address, your dates and the peak number of people on site ready and we can size and price it while you are on the line.
